Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Part-time Security Officer at Toledo Hospital to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff. You will monitor facilities, assist individuals with directions, and enforce traffic and parking controls as needed.

The role requires completing training and maintaining required certifications. AS a Security Officer, you will investigate incidents, report hazards, and have the ability to restrain combative individuals when necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Complete Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS within six months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and employees.
• Monitor facilities and assist people with directions.
• Regulate traffic and parking as needed.
• Investigate and report accidents, hazards, and incidents.
• Restrain combative individuals when necessary.

While monitoring facilities, the officers also help people who have questions about where they should go.In this vital safety role, you will regulate and control all traffic, parking enforcement and traffic control when needed. You will investigate and report all accidents, hazards, and incidents.
