Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a telecommunications and media location.
• Respond to incidents and service requests following escalation and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior spaces and perimeter.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a telecommunications and media location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with authorized entry procedures and reporting access irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns through accurate and timely reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
