Weiser Security Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant security officer to protect assets, personnel, customers, and visitors at assigned sites under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager. The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and adherence to post orders.

Shifts are Thursday and Friday 3 pm–11 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 11 pm–7 am. Training totals 80 hours, with staged pay: Week 1 at $7.25/hour, Week 2 at $13.50/hour; after training, the rate increases to $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• 80 hours of training required, scheduled on weekdays 7 AM–3 PM.
• 1st Week: 40 hours at $7.25 per hour.
• 2nd Week: 40 hours at $13.50 per hour.
• After completing 80 hours, pay increases to $18.00 per hour.
• Must have your own vehicle.
• Strong writing skills are required.
• Computer skills are essential.
• Shift includes outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the client’s interests and protect employees and visitors.
• Manage entry and exit of trucks using a tablet during high-volume periods.
• Stamp necessary paperwork.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Observe and report signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Prepare daily reports as trained and submit to contacts.
• Complete patrols as required by post orders.
• Monitor and control access to the property according to post orders.
• Notify authorities in emergencies as outlined in post orders.

• Manage the entry and exit of trucks using a tablet, especially during high-volume periods.
• Stamp necessary paperwork.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Training Requirements:

• Report all violations of company policy and local and federal laws as stated in the Employee Handbook.
