As a Security Officer - Telecom Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves providing excellent customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. You will work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always acting with integrity and putting people first.

Pay Rate: $23.95 / Hour

Tue	11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
Wed	11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
Thur	11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
Fri	11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the media and technology location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with site staff and other team members to address concerns and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Possession of a valid guard card or security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
