Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, entrances, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site policies; report irregularities.
• Document observations and incidents accurately; communicate information during shift handoffs.

Pay Rate: $40.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, building entrances, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
