Job summary

Justice Cannabis Co. is seeking a Lead Security Guard to oversee facility security, surveillance operations, incident response, transportation oversight, and team support.

This is a leadership role with direct operational impact and a need to adapt to all hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will partner with leadership to protect people, premises, and assets while mentoring security staff and coordinating with HR and authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Law Enforcement and/or Public Safety experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and secure company facilities and access points.
• Monitor surveillance systems and investigate irregular activity.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
• Complete detailed incident reporting and documentation.
• Assist with secure transportation and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and local authorities as needed.
• Train and mentor Security Officers on best practices and procedures.

• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to support operational and scheduling needs as required
