Qualifications

Thu 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a logistics and distribution location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.


• Monitor access to the location by observing personnel, visitors, drivers, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.


• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
