Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Services in Henderson, KY. You will monitor a food and beverage production location, maintain a visible presence, conduct routine patrols, observe activity, and support access control while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role offers a pay rate of $17.20 per hour with Night shifts, including Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun, providing a stable schedule in a collaborative workplace

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Backgrounds will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the production location, warehouse, parking, perimeter, and other areas to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs of entries, deliveries and incidents.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or emergency responders.
• Observe and report security concerns, unsecured doors, hazards, and other issues with professional communication.

As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Henderson, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a food and beverage production location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report unusual activity, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the food and beverage production location, warehouse areas, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs of entries, deliveries, and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Observe and report security-related concerns, including unauthorized access, damaged property, unsecured doors, and potential hazards, while maintaining professional communication with site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
