GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for a Rye, NY location. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, access control, and continuous patrols within office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualificações

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• New York State Guard License required
• 2-4 years supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement a plus

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• 2 - 4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.
• 2 - 4 years hands on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing, etc.
• New York State Guard License is required.
