GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Bronx, NY. You will focus on top-tier customer service while managing access control and patrolling to identify risks. The role supports a 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM schedule, with weekend work required and a competitive $26/hour pay.

Qualificações

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing, etc.
• New York State Guard License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and assist with directions and access control.
• Manage access control and verify identity of individuals.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and maintain safety.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document interactions.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.

As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• 2-4 years prior experience working in a Supervisory Role.
