Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be performed as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required depending on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security procedures, site policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering and leaving the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and shift communications per site requirements.
