Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Visitors in Covington, OH. You will safeguard clients across multiple industries, monitor entry points, verify access, and maintain a visible security presence while supporting routine site operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering and leaving the location, following established visitor registration and credentialing procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
