Pay Rate: $22.30 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, associates, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an entertainment and retail venue.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, entrances, parking areas, business operations, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe guest activity for compliance with site policies, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to established procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, Allied Universal leadership, and/or responding authorities regarding incidents and daily activities.
