Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Observation in Reno, NV. You will provide customer service, perform patrols, monitor access, and report incidents as part of a dynamic security team.

• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorised activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials according to site procedures, and report access concerns or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner following post orders and escalation protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials according to site procedures, and report access concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
