Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Redmond, WA. This full-time night shift involves patrols, parking area monitoring, and assisting tenants, visitors, and staff with professional customer service.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Reporting in Redmond, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $24.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while working collaboratively with Allied Universal leadership and property personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
