Responsibilities

• Conduct regular unarmed patrols through retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or maintenance issues per site procedures.
• Complete and file accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation for site management.

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
