Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by executing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeters; report anomalies.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete reports and maintain logs; communicate observations to site leadership.

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Access Verification in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control activities, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and protect sensitive operations.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control/badge experience, preferred.
• Hold CPR certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
