Job summary

Friendship Village in St. Louis is seeking a part-time Security Officer to join our Sunset Hills campus, delivering safety for residents, staff, visitors and contractors across our Life Plan Community. This role features evenings and nights with 2-3 shifts weekly and weekend work as needed. Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, willing to become first responders, and able to meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a St. Louis County Security Officer's License.
• Willing to be trained as a first responder; First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, visitors and contractors.
• Provide assistance as needed across campus including Independent Living, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
• Uphold facility security protocols and respond to incidents.
