Allied Universal in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Security Officer - Secure Patrol to monitor and patrol a data center, delivering professional customer service and maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

As a Security Officer - Secure Patrolin Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support site operations, communicate professionally, and contribute to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a data center location.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and credential requirements in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center facilities, exterior grounds, access areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and completed patrols accurately in required reports and/or electronic reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
