Job summary

Bally’s Arapahoe Park is seeking a security professional to oversee operations at the track, with emphasis on compliance with federal and state law and racing regulations. You will support the Security Supervisor and coordinate safety across racing and non-racing facets of the operations.

Responsibilities include team leadership, ensuring guest service standards, and responding to issues in alignment with policies.

Qualifications

• Participates in racetrack security operations including racing and non-racing aspects.
• Motivates, guides, and supports team members in the proper discharge of their duties.
• Ensures all team members adhere to company policies as delineated in the Team Member Handbook.
• Assures highest standards of guest service are met at all times.
• Remains aware of all aspects of racing operations and attentive to any area needing intervention.

• In coordination with the Security Supervisor, provides or arranges for assistance to any team member in any department who may need it.
• Remains knowledgeable about all company marketing and promotional efforts and communicates the pertinent information to guests.
• Enthusiastically interacts with guests to enhance their experience.

The Role:

• Conducts security operations at Bally's Arapahoe Park Horse Track , placing special emphasis on compliance with federal and state law, Colorado Division of Racing Regulations and Internal Control Minimum Procedures, and house policies and procedures. Assists and supports the Supervisor through personal interactions and by supporting the operations of the many racing and non-racing facets of the security and racing operations.
