Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while enforcing site procedures and policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and vehicles entering designated areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.

As a Security Officer Screening Resolution in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure, welcoming environment by screening individuals and materials, monitoring access points, and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. Your visible presence and attention to detail will help identify and report security-related concerns while contributing to a reliable, team-focused operation built on integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Wed - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur - 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and authorized vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated facility areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
