Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while performing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles entering designated areas according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, delivery, and incident records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to identify and report unusual activity.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures and applicable access requirements.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
