Allied Universal® in Rialto, CA is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Screening Assessment to safeguard clients across Logistics & Distribution. You will monitor access, screen people and property, and report security concerns, staying visible and professional to support a secure environment.

Minimum requirements include being 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, background check, drug screen, and any required licenses. Driving positions require a valid license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or property entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures and applicable requirements.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation as directed by site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the facility perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor access points, screen people and property, and support a secure environment for operations. What You'll Do:
