Schedule

• Foot patrols throughout the property to deter unhoused individuals and make sure property is safe during your watch
• Conducting incident and site reports throughout shift
• Taking ownership of the property and working to keep is safe for all

Requirements & Qualifications

• 19 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a federal background check & drug test
• Working and functional smart phone with data to conduct reports
• Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Texas Level II Security License
• A working smart phone to write reports, clock in and out, and utilize the Signal Software
• Ability to sit, stand, drive, and walk for up to 12 hours.
