GardaWorld Security Services in Oxnard, California is seeking a casual Response Security Officer to adapt quickly to changing missions, from customer service to patrols and surveillance. As a Response Security Officer, you will monitor premises, perform patrols, verify identities, respond to incidents, document events, and coordinate with authorities to keep people and property safe.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a driver’s license, BSIS Guard Card, and be flexible to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Driver's license required.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS trainings preferred (can be obtained during hiring).

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols and observe for suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.

As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.
