GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Officer in Needles, CA. The role emphasizes adaptability as you move between missions and respond to changing client needs.

You will patrol, control access, and report incidents while delivering strong customer service. Candidates must be 21+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and a BSIS Guard Card (or willing to obtain). Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and hold a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong problem-solving skills and responsiveness.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) with 32 hours of BSIS trainings.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability for any day, including weekends/holidays, and any shift.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities For Response Security Guard

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence.
