Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in Tracy, CA. You will adapt to daily missions, provide security, customer service, and surveillance with agility and precision.

Responsibilities include monitoring, patrols, access control, incident response, reporting, and collaboration with authorities. A security license and targeted training are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• One year of security experience
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr BSIS trainings (Additional trainings can be obtained during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Response Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• One year of Security experience is required
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
