Allied Universal in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Security Officer - Route Operations Rover for full-time shifts. You will patrol a retail location, deter incidents, and provide a welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants, while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include regular patrols, reporting incidents, and clear communication with site leadership and responders. A valid driver’s license is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

As a Security Officer - Route Operations Roverin Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
