Job summary

P4 Security Solutions is seeking a Security Officer for Arlington Heights and surrounding Illinois sites. The role includes customer service, access control, patrols, and incident response with day-to-day site monitoring.

Candidates should have a GED or HS diploma, a valid PERC card, and the ability to produce clear written reports. This is a full-time/part-time position with 2nd/3rd shift opportunities across Illinois.

Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule 1 : Friday-Tuesday 10pm-6am (Full-time)

Schedule 2: Saturday 2pm-10pm (Part-time)

The officer will be responsible for:

• Provide excellent customer service and security services.
• Serve as the main point of contact to the customer.
• Conducting walking patrols of building/ facility and/or vehicular patrols, depending on the work site.
• Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
• Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby/visitor reception, loading dock security, crowd control, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles.
• Writing detailed incident reports.
• Contacting appropriate individuals as needed during shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You must be 21 years of age
• Understanding of security operations.
• Ability to write effective reports.
• Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card).
