Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Risk Prevention in Port Isabel, TX. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service to clients across industries, including financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location, including entrances and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Complete required activity reports and shift communications per site procedures.

• Sun: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
