Allied Universal, Port Isabel, TX, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Compliance Review to safeguard clients in financial institutions and other settings. You will monitor assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering professional customer service to visitors and staff.

The role requires following procedures, documenting activities, and escalating concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required under applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Assist with protection of personnel, visitors, property, and confidential areas by observing, reporting, and escalating concerns.

• Sat 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sun 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Assist with the protection of personnel, visitors, property, and confidential areas by observing, reporting, and escalating security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
