Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol in CORPUS CHRISTI, TX. The role involves patrolling campus areas, monitoring access, and delivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

Typical schedule includes evening shifts, with pay rate of $14.21 per hour. A state license is preferred and a background check will be conducted as part of employment.

Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate campus personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and help maintain awareness of visitor, student, and staff activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Patrol in CORPUS CHRISTI, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
