• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and contractor access per site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and leadership.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, employee, and contractor access in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
