• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergencies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, deliveries, contractors, and other visitors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, deliveries, contractors, and other visitors entering the residential community.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
