Job summary

Carillon Senior Living seeks a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will verify employee and contractor presence on grounds and assist with resident transport between buildings.

This role includes responding to alarms and supporting security operations on-site. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in security, and a valid security license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in security or peacekeeping.
• Security license and valid driver’s license; CDL preferred; meet auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Makes scheduled rounds inside and outside to maintain a secure environment.
• Responds to fire alarms and apartment emergencies.
• Performs light maintenance as time allows (bulb changes, touch-up painting).
• Transports residents and visitors between buildings during functions.
• Occasional off-campus transportation as needed.
