Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen in accordance with laws.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk following site procedures and policies.
• Monitor lobby access, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain records.
• Answer and route calls, provide directions and information to bank personnel and visitors.
• Observe front-desk activity and report suspicious behavior or policy violations promptly.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly following procedures.

• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk of a financial institution, following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the lobby and restricted areas, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with bank personnel and visitors.
• Observe front-desk activity and report suspicious behavior, access concerns, or policy violations to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
