As a Security Officer Reception Operations in Olive Branch, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor check-in, communication, and security-related procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, help to deter incidents through professional awareness, and collaborate with site personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Greet visitors and contractors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.


• Monitor front-desk communications, answer and route calls, receive deliveries, and coordinate visitor notifications in a professional manner.


• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.


• Maintain awareness of activity at the reception area and adjacent entry points to help deter unauthorized access within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
