As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming presence for visitors and employees while monitoring access and supporting security-related procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain clear communication, and help promote a professional environment. What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, verify access authorization, and issue visitor credentials in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with site contacts, employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily operations and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
