As a Security Officer Reception Desk in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential commercial real estate location, you will greet residents and visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. You will deliver exceptional customer service while helping to maintain a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a multifamily residential property.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and package logs.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems, reporting unusual activity and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming lobby environment by providing directions, answering general questions, and communicating professionally with property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
