Job summary

Allied Universal® in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Security Officer - Property Patrol Flex to safeguard clients across industries and deter incidents. This full-time role requires patrolling financial institution facilities, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will respond to incidents, document activity, monitor access, and report suspicious behavior, all while representing Allied Universal’s integrity-driven culture. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees following procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, report unauthorized access.
• Complete accurate activity reports and logs while maintaining professionalism.
