Allied Universal in Newburg, MD is hiring a Security Officer Power Plant Patrol Response to safeguard facilities, monitor access, and provide exceptional service. You will perform patrols, document observations, respond to incidents, and maintain clear communication with site contacts and supervisors.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license where applicable.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, perimeter areas, parking locations, and other assigned areas; document observations and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and help support authorized entry procedures for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by post orders.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
