Allied Universal in Fontana, CA is seeking a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver to safeguard client sites across logistics and distribution facilities. This unarmed driving role requires a valid driver's license and adherence to our driver policy while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a visible security presence.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a reliable, innovative team that acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and other security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
