• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and team members at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, gaming areas, parking lots, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and help maintain an orderly environment for guests, employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

• Fri 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM
• Sat 06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
