Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Visibility in Justin, TX. You will monitor and protect facilities, maintain a visible security presence, and report concerns promptly while delivering excellent customer service.

The role follows day-time shifts and pays $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting regular patrols, controlling access, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Background histories may be considered consistent with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouse, loading dock, office, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Complete daily activity reports and communicate observations and issues to leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, loading dock, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
