You will perform patrols, respond to incidents per site protocols, complete logs, and maintain a visible, professional presence to deter wrongdoing while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the industrial facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity and deter unauthorized activity with a visible presence.
• Complete logs and shift documentation and communicate information to site contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the industrial facility, warehouse areas, access points, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, property damage, and potential hazards, helping to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
