GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Tactical Security Officer!

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Guard? What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Highlight how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Merriam, KS
• Set Schedule: Two shifts available:
• Full-Time, Friday through Tuesday, 3rd Shift, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Full-time, Saturday through Sunday, 2nd Shift 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Wednesday through Thursday, 3rd Shift 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 / Hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check alarms and cameras
• Document incidents
• Respond to alarms and conduct checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Must be 21 or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
