Allied Universal in Tempe, AZ seeks a Part-Time Security Officer to patrol a financial institution, deliver courteous customer service, and maintain a visible security presence.

You will respond to incidents, monitor access points, complete incident reports, and follow site policies and escalation procedures with calm professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three years of security-related experience.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen required where permitted.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report/escalate as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the banking location, including interior and perimeter areas, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, report unusual conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift documentation per Allied Universal requirements.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You\'ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the banking location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver\'s license will be required for driving positions only.
