Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of retail sales areas, parking lots, receiving areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe for suspicious activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site procedures.

As a Security Officer Patrol Risk Control in Macedonia, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
