Allied Universal in Macedonia, OH, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced to provide reliable protection and customer service at an industrial site. This role offers anchored shifts with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and complete shift reports as part of a dedicated security team at a leading national company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete accurate shift reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Observation in Macedonia, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ('Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate shift reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
