Responsibilities

• Conduct patrol duties and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance.
• Document services provided on each shift and maintain courteous, professional conduct at all times.
• Note: Security Officers may lead in de-escalation and, if necessary, detain or restrain individuals in violent or threatening situations.
